3. Shipping Options & Costs

Free Shipping: Orders over €50 (France) / €100 (EU) qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Tracking Information

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• Use this number on the carrier’s website (e.g., La Poste, DHL) to monitor delivery status.

5. Delivery Delays

• Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
