At Collarbarato, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of children’s clothing. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back. Mail the item to the address provided, ensuring the Return Authorization number is included inside the package.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items are eligible for refunds unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale."

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include underwear, socks, and any hygiene-sensitive products unless they are defective or damaged. Customized or personalized items, as well as products marked "Final Sale," are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us before returning an item to confirm stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
